Job Title: Test Administrator

Job Summary:

As a Casual Test Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a secure exam delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a secure testing environment.
  • Verify candidate identification and assist with test setup.
  • Explain exam procedures and proctor candidates during testing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
  • Escalate policy breaches to relevant business personnel.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming and sanitizing equipment.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as directed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly desirable.
  • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) desired.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and perform lifting and bending tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment with good hearing and visual acuity.
