**Quality Assurance Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate our quality systems, leading projects that enhance processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with our production teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular quality control checks and testing across production to maintain food safety and compliance.
  • Lead projects that improve processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and nutritional panels.
  • Train and mentor production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate audits, CAPA, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role, with knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC/SQF, and ISO 22000 standards.
  • Hands-on quality control and laboratory experience within food manufacturing.
  • An analytical problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in recipe/specification management and data-driven quality reporting.
  • A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; HACCP/Quality certifications highly desirable.
