Client Solution Specialist Job Description

The role of a Client Solution Specialist is to provide expert support and solutions to clients. This position involves being the primary point of contact for clients and financial advisers, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

  • This includes providing accurate information and assistance across various areas such as superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.
  • Additionally, the specialist must maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
  • They will collaborate with a diverse team to meet and exceed performance targets, upholding the company's values and ensuring high service standards in every interaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

  • They should have a positive attitude, a commitment to delivering exceptional service, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes.
  • Furthermore, the candidate should be available to work a rotating roster between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with flexibility to do more days in the office per week.
