About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Food Retail Services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers operate with cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory to identify their needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers, including conducting training sessions to ensure they are using our sanitizing solutions and equipment effectively and safely.
  • Conduct food safety, brand standards, and other on-site evaluations at customer locations to assess workplace safety and environmental cleanliness.
  • Assist with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers and servicing equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience within Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants.
  • Understanding of food safety and compliance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A hands-on approach in providing service to customers.
