About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and help drive success. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Australia's Fastest-Growing Bedding and Furniture Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and exceed company targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping to maintain a high level of professionalism and presentation.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.
  • Efficiently handle customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in furniture and bedding, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales targets and goals is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Good computer literacy is necessary for administrative tasks and data analysis.
  • High standards for in-store presentation are expected to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team setting and be available to work most weekends.
What We Offer:
