Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Aftermarket Sales Executive to drive top-line sales growth for Cummins. This role will involve leveraging strong sales and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships, while understanding customer needs and priorities to offer tailored Cummins solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals and build strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct negotiations according to company guidelines, including payment terms, and assist with collection of accounts receivables when needed.
  • Drive sales growth, achieving financial targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales tactics for various segments using data collected, documented in the CRM tool.

Requirements:

  • Technical/mechanical background with a sound understanding of engines/electrical - Aftermarket experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous sales experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • World-class communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and develop new business.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and a proven track record of developing relationships to drive sales.
