A career opportunity has arisen at Aristocrat Technologies Australia P/L for a Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team. This role is based in Newcastle, Tweed and Northern Rivers region.

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, guide, and inspire a team of BDEs to consistently exceed sales and distribution objectives
  • Cultivate a culture of high performance through coaching, mentoring, and engagement with our values
  • Lead structured activities including sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews to ensure team alignment and motivation
  • Oversee the team's efforts in maximizing customer coverage and developing meaningful, long-term relationships
  • Actively participate in key account management, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning to meet customer needs
  • Ensure CRM systems are up-to-date with accurate customer details, engagement plans, and account strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor strategies, products, and campaigns
  • Use market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue and market share

  • Extensive experience in sales and a track record of people management success
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire and engage
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with BI tools
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and embraces innovation
  • Bonus points for gaming industry experience—but it's not essential
  • Natural ability to develop relationships and connect with stakeholders at all levels

Salary Range:$90,000 - $120,000 per annum
