We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive partnerships and campaign initiatives for impact.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong background in sales, marketing, or fundraising with a proven track record in business development and managing key accounts.
- Develop and implement corporate partnership strategies to achieve fundraising targets through cash and in-kind support.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging industry connections, networks, and creative outreach strategies.
- Nurture relationships by managing existing partnerships and delivering tailored benefits to maximise engagement, fundraising revenue, and brand visibility.
- Create and execute campaigns by preparing compelling proposals, managing cause-related marketing, and collaborating on events to reduce costs and boost outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing partnerships and executing campaigns across multiple marketing channels, as well as a strong understanding of the sector and experience working with corporate partnerships or sponsorships.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or fundraising with a strong track record in business development and managing key accounts.
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills to engage, influence, and network with stakeholders.
- Partnership and campaign expertise to develop and execute effective partnerships and campaigns.
- A strong understanding of the sector and experience working with corporate partnerships or sponsorships.
- Highly organised with attention to detail, strong budget management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
