The Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our small HR team. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will provide effective coordination and HR administration services. Key responsibilities include supporting various projects, such as designing and delivering a new onboarding experience, handling employee inquiries, and providing generalist HR support.

Contract Details

This is a 12-month contract role offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
