The Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator - Administration Specialist to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional HR services throughout the employment life cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing various HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, policy advice, and system maintenance.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to employees, management, and stakeholders on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that promote a positive work environment and drive business success.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administration/coordination within a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR systems.
