Human Resources Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU.

About the Job

This role is critical to centralising and implementing group recruitment strategies, policies, processes, and activities. As an HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for employees from the construction and property development team, supporting the business plan and talent agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with HR issues and develop strategies for staff retention
  • Assist Business leaders to support them in HR & Operations Function administration, and legislation
  • Continual improvement of office policies and procedures
  • Ensure standards are maintained across the network
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and support workforce planning initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, attractive bonuses and benefits packages are available to successful candidates.
