About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Advisor to join our dynamic team at Vestas, a world leader in wind energy solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contracts.
  • Define a common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with the Area Supervisor)
  • Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotations.
  • Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, the Sales Department, and Area Supervisors.
  • Deal with technical open cases resolution process (Proactive communication, regular meetings, close collaboration with Product Support Dpt., etc.)
  • Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonuses and penalties.
  • Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract.
  • Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer related to the production period.
  • Out- Scope and drive customer communications to recover.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in product sales or service function are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor of Business (or equivalent).
