About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, providing exceptional customer service and enhancing Stockland's competitive position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, delivering outstanding service and advocacy for Stockland.
  • Customer Insight: Continuously improve Stockland's ability to identify customer trends, predict needs, and address barriers to successful partnerships.
  • Feedback Cycle: Manage the customer feedback cycle to determine satisfaction levels and enhance service delivery.
  • Milestone Updates: Coordinate and manage construction and community milestone updates.
  • Scheduling: Schedule, coordinate, and attend customer inspections.
  • Events Management: Coordinate and manage events such as walk-your-lot events and customer information sessions.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update CRM systems and processes to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.

About You

  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, preferably in real estate, construction, or development industries.
  • Collaboration: Showcase experience collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Highlight experience working with complex and sensitive information with an eye for detail.
  • Driver's Licence: Hold a current driver's licence.
