About the Role

At Bank of Queensland Group, we are seeking a Financial Services Relationship Expert to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers, helping to retain loyal clients by understanding their individual needs and offering tailored solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Be a Customer Champion: Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover customers' financial goals. Use your knowledge of products to recommend the best solutions, whether that involves suggesting a home loan, a top-up, or referring them to our specialists for further analysis.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong, positive relationships with customers, both internal and external. You will consistently provide exceptional customer service, while upholding BOQ Group values in every interaction.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, meeting productivity targets and ensuring efficient turnaround times. Be flexible in supporting other business units when needed during peak periods.
  • Commit to Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with conversational frameworks, retention strategies, and ongoing business initiatives. Your willingness to learn and grow will fuel both your success and the success of our team.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and committed to exceeding customer expectations. Experience in sales, retention, or customer service is ideal, and a background in financial services is highly regarded. We are seeking people with the following skills:
