Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant operating systems
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in Windows 2012 Server, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 10, and remote access technologies
  • Experience in supporting laptops and remote users, including Macs and iOS devices
  • Microsoft O365 experience
  • General networking protocol IP, VoIP, and video conferencing knowledge
  • Good documentation and mentoring skills

This is a permanent role based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, with a 3-day work-from-home arrangement.
