- Act as a consultant with third-party organizations and maintain a functional relationship with business line technologists
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant operating systems
- Relevant knowledge and experience in Windows 2012 Server, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 10, and remote access technologies
- Experience in supporting laptops and remote users, including Macs and iOS devices
- Microsoft O365 experience
- General networking protocol IP, VoIP, and video conferencing knowledge
- Good documentation and mentoring skills
This is a permanent role based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, with a 3-day work-from-home arrangement.
