Service Desk Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our Sydney office. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level customer support through phone, email, and live chat
- Log customer contacts as tickets into our IT Service Management tool
- Maintain ownership of tickets and follow our procedures for ticket handling
- Attempt to resolve issues at the first point of contact and escalate when necessary
- Perform remote troubleshooting and use diagnostic techniques to determine the best solution
Requirements:
- 12-18 months' experience in a Service Desk role or three years' in a customer support-focused position
- Degree-educated in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a Certificate IV qualification
- Demonstrable industry-based technical aptitude, including knowledge of current Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites
