About the Role

Green Light is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Adelaide. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and manage customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed customer contractual service level targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least two years' experience in an IT support role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management software.
