Service Desk Analyst

Green Light is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Adelaide. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and manage customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed customer contractual service level targets.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- At least two years' experience in an IT support role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management software.
