About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our managed services help desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logging and tracking client requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients.
  • Escalating complex issues to internal stakeholders, analyzing and interpreting requests to ensure accurate classification and prioritization.
  • Providing swift resolution of faults, ensuring clients are updated on progress and coordinating technical support as needed.
  • Producing reports and identifying areas for process improvement, escalating recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Confident and motivated individual with a passion for ongoing training and development.
  • Basic Windows and computer troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of IT service management tools and technologies.
