Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and potential clients to drive sales growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to expand the Automated Logic Brand within Australia, identifying and converting new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promoting our capabilities and extensive product range to existing and potential clients.
  • Identify target areas within the market and maintain a strong product and market knowledge to stay competitive.
  • Lead the development of business development strategies and projects, ensuring timely submission of sales and order forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to provide regular updates on client and industry feedback, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of sales within the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BMCS, HVAC, and similar industries, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term pipelines and maintain a network of industry contacts.
