The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities through prospecting, converting property management leads, and working closely with our sales agents and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Converting property management leads into new business opportunities
  • Working closely with our sales agents and property management teams to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Providing professional advice to clients on property-related matters
  • Arranging and conducting market appraisals to determine property values
  • Taking leasing inquiries via email and phone, and converting them into new business opportunities
  • Performing ad hoc administration duties to support the team
  • Leasing properties and handing them over to our property management team

Requirements

  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Direct experience in a business development or property management role in real estate
  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities through own activity
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Valid driver's license
