National Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to join our team at Carrier Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to expand our business presence in Australia
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions and product sales
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, promoting our capabilities and extensive product range
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners to drive business growth
- Provide regular updates to senior management on client feedback and market insights
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of sales success
- Deep knowledge of the building management systems (BMS), HVAC, and related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
