About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to contribute to the growth trajectory of our national practice groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving activities such as:

  • Executing practice group and client business development priorities, including taking the lead on agreed projects and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of practice group and client plans.
  • Providing business development advice in relation to best practice tender and credential management.
  • Researching and communicating opportunities.
  • Managing events associated with specific client initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing degree or relevant business qualification, 3+ years of business development experience gained within professional services, and a strong proprietary attitude with demonstrated drive and initiative. They will also have project management skills, stakeholder management and influencing skills, and strong research and analytical skills.
