About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Liaison Officer to join our team at Healius Pathology. As a key member of our Business Development and Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and promoting our pathology services to healthcare professionals in the Traralgon and Gippsland areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to deliver revenue growth and meet budget expectations.
  • Manage and develop current referrer relationships, while delivering on current marketing strategies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers, increasing revenue and expanding our market share.
  • Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of the competition and inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Current driver's license is essential.
  • Qualification in a health science, business, sales, or medical terminology is desirable but not essential.
  • Recent graduate or industry background is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare, is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
