About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in Australia. As the Head of Sales and Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for driving online advertising revenue sales for Flicks, with a focus on direct and agency-side relationships.

You will be responsible for establishing Flicks as a premium and unique audience/environment for advertisers to engage with, and for building long-term relationships with potential advertisers. You will also be responsible for hitting sales targets and identifying potential advertisers and setting up meetings with relevant brand or agency stakeholders to generate briefs that are the right fit for Flicks.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, and to be a key player in establishing Flicks as a major player in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive online advertising revenue sales for Flicks across Australia
  • Establish Flicks as a premium and unique audience/environment for advertisers to engage with
  • Build long-term relationships with potential advertisers
  • Hit sales targets
  • Identify potential advertisers and set up meetings with relevant brand or agency stakeholders to generate briefs that are the right fit for Flicks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital advertising position with a publisher, or with equivalent experience on the agency-side
  • Commercially astute, as well as creatively minded media professional
  • A strong understanding of the Australian media landscape and a proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
