Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Income and Partnerships Development at ReachOut Academy. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong track record in partnerships development and income generation, as well as a good understanding of communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic development and delivery of our income generation and marketing and communications work, working with established and new partners.
- Lead a small, multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with the CEO, Senior Management Team, and others across the organisation to acquire and retain the funds, volunteer, and pro bono resources needed to deliver and grow our work.
- Develop and implement effective partnerships and income generation strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, donors, and other external stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee the development of marketing and communications materials, including reports, proposals, and other collateral.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in partnerships development and income generation.
- Good understanding of communications and marketing principles.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
