We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive growth and spearhead innovation in our newly established business unit. As the Head of Proposition, Partnerships & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a creative marketing strategy to re-launch our program, scale the loyalty member base, and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with leading Australian brands
- Develop and deliver a compelling partner value proposition, working closely with Product and Technology teams
- Develop unique co-marketing strategies and initiatives with partners to drive customer engagement
- Develop the overall marketing plan, ensuring alignment to wider business plans and objectives
- Drive the development of the rewards brand, proposition, positioning, and creative platform, working closely with agency partners
- Manage the data and analytics team to ensure accurate data collection and comprehensive analysis
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in partnerships or business development, and 5 years in marketing leadership roles in a consumer-facing business
- Experience in loyalty programs, online retail, or other digital B2C environment
- Strong commercial acumen coupled with a strong customer-focused mind-set
- Strong data analytics capabilities and the ability to apply this in a marketing and partnerships context
- A strong understanding of marketing technologies
