**How you will add value:**
- Kicking goals by exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Making a high volume of client calls and chasing inquiries in a timely manner
- Explaining to our tradies the benefits of hipages Group and handling objections as they come up
- Closing sales, sealing the deal and signing up tradies to our platform
- Providing ad hoc administrative support as needed
**About you:**
- Experience making inbound and outbound calls. Ideally in a sales environment, working to targets and KPIs
- Reaching out to potential customers and making the sale to convert users
- High energy and resilience with a team player attitude
