Builder Development Manager

As a Builder Development Manager, you will partner and influentially manage relationships and business interactions with Developers, Designers, Architects, Builders, and ABDs (Authorised Builder Distributors) in the broader Sydney metro area. Your role will involve delivering a seamless brand-aligned F&P experience, attending events to pursue and establish networks, and growing into partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Builder and Developer space.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving commercial sales and increasing market share.
- Stay up-to-date on changes, commercial best practices, and competitor activity, informing strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building strong commercial relationships.
- Able to listen and address customers' requirements, going the extra distance.
- Experience partnering with multi-residential developers and home builders is favourable but not essential.
