Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDER to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, preparing correspondence, and ensuring that quality and customer satisfaction standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and monitor their progress
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and commercial debtor responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Good planning and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as PRONTO or SAP
  • Degree in Science, Chemistry, or Engineering
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in transport and logistics
