Our Sales Group is made up of passionate people who establish authentic relationships with customers and strive to deliver a fantastic customer experience.

In this phone-based role, you'll develop relationships with real estate agents to help shape and develop their business.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Maintaining and building relationships with 100+ customers
  • Serving as the primary contact for a territory of customers
  • Utilizing digital products available on our platform to influence customer success
  • Managing retention and selling solutions
  • Working alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone who can:

  • Adapt and thrive in an evolving environment
  • Demonstrate success in a previous sales role, preferably phone-based
  • Understand the real estate industry
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in a high-pressure environment
  • Communicate effectively, even in challenging conversations
  • Understand the importance of teamwork in sales

We're Looking for Someone Who

is savvy-minded, able to think outside the box, and a strong communicator. You should also be friendly, approachable, and have good relationship management skills.
