The Role
In this role, you will lead our sales team for the Rockhampton store by creating a positive and sales-focused culture and delivering profitable sales growth within the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Build the knowledge and capability of your team using a proven in-house sales model.
- Contribute to the business' financial performance through labor management, profitable sales, inventory management, and controllable expenses.
- Maintain compliance and legislative requirements within the store with a strong emphasis on Consumer Law.
- Ensure all customers have a great experience and visual merchandising is of a high quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of retail leadership experience.
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
