About the Role

As our Operations Director, you'll lead the store operations functions to drive a positive, sales-focused culture and deliver profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the Warehouse and Administration teams' knowledge and capability.
  • Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries.
  • Ensure the store meets all compliance and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor store activities to ensure alignment with the business's core policy and standard operating procedures.
  • Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.

About You

  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated warehouse and administration experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • People leadership experience.
