About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced and self-motivated Associate Director to join our Rockhampton team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll collaborate with fellow Directors to achieve Acumentis' business objectives and regional goals.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality valuations, adhering to client and company guidelines, and meeting required service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a deep understanding of sales trends and market conditions to inform valuation practices.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development initiatives.
- Oversee daily management of staff, including professional development and compliance with company policies.
- Report regularly to the State Director and work closely to achieve targeted outcomes.
- You'll be a great fit for us if you're seeking an opportunity to lead and manage a team, have relevant tertiary qualification and Valuer qualification (RPV or CPV) and API membership, and have working knowledge of the Rockhampton property market.
