About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and self-motivated Associate Director to join our Rockhampton team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll collaborate with fellow Directors to achieve Acumentis' business objectives and regional goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality valuations, adhering to client and company guidelines, and meeting required service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain a deep understanding of sales trends and market conditions to inform valuation practices.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Oversee daily management of staff, including professional development and compliance with company policies.
  • Report regularly to the State Director and work closely to achieve targeted outcomes.
