About the Role


We are seeking a Technical Support and Claims Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering 37.5 hours per week.



Job Description


In this diverse support role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, quality assurance, claims processing, training, and coaching team members to perform at their best.


The key accountabilities of this role include:



  • Supporting the team leader to achieve strategic business objectives
  • Onboarding and training of new staff
  • Providing technical support and coaching to the claims team for success
  • Building strong relationships, working effectively in diverse and flexible teams
  • Performing quality assurance tasks efficiently with exceptional accuracy
  • Reviewing and approving claim payments
  • Managing a portfolio of claims within service standards
  • Pursuing opportunities to optimize the team and business through change management
  • Delivering quality listening and coaching in line with the EMPOWER model


Requirements and Qualifications

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
