Claims Service Specialist

At Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Claims Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to motor claimants in a timely manner. This role involves managing the operational processing of claims and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service to motor claimants in a timely manner.
- Managing the operational processing of claims.
- Ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process.
- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Liaising with 3rd party insurers and other multiple stakeholders.
About You:
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre role.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
