Job Title: Food and Beverage Services DirectorOverview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Services Director to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our resort management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the operations of all food and beverage services.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, basic medical insurance, uniforms, training, and usage of all resorts' sports facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of all food and beverage services, including restaurants, bars, and other related areas.
  • Manage and control all variable costs, including labour, food, and beverage expenses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales of fine dining and wine à la carte.
  • Monitor and provide accurate forecasts for labour to business ratio.
  • Approve and monitor overtime labour costs.
  • Ensure all food and beverage service areas meet standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in food and beverage service, preferably in deluxe, 5-star hotels or restaurants.
  • A Diploma or higher in Hotel or F&B management is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, with knowledge of other international languages desirable.
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance, with strong leadership skills and good interaction skills.
