Job Title: Medication Management Coordinator

The role of a Medication Management Coordinator is to provide clinical pharmacy support in the dispensing and supply of medication for hospital patients and outpatients. This position will work closely with pharmacists, ensuring that all pharmacy activities are completed to a high standard while supporting the quality use of medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing ward imprest and stock management activities
  • Deliver medication and collect rounds to hospital wards
  • Dispense and supply medication for hospital patients and outpatients
  • Support patients, hospital staff and associated employees
  • Pharmacy claim and general administration duties
