Medical Operations Coordinator

The Medical Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Junior Medical Officer Unit.
This role involves coordinating and facilitating the delivery of quality services, achieving business objectives, and maintaining effective workforce administration functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in rostering, payroll, and recruitment processes, as well as knowledge of employment conditions and remuneration practices in a health-related field.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the annual recruitment process of Junior Medical Officers within the Northern Network.
- Collaborate with other sites to maintain and improve JMO and medical workforce administration functions.
The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent work experience, preferably with experience working with Medical Officers.
Demonstrated experience in rostering and administration management practices, preferably in a health-related and/or JMO field.
Selection CriteriaApplicants should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to apply their knowledge and understanding of employment conditions to rostering and remuneration processes.
