
Medical Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Junior Medical Officer Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day staffing and operations of the Junior Medical Officer Unit, ensuring the delivery of quality services and achievement of business objectives.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day staffing and operations of the Junior Medical Officer Unit
- Oversee all Junior Medical Staff rostering, payroll, and recruitment requirements
- Ensure cost-effective, fair, and equitable rostering practices are followed
- Manage local payroll processes and provide timely and accurate advice on employment legislation and policies
- Responsible for local JMO recruitment process in conjunction with Clinical Services, Heads of Department, and Director of Clinical Services
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent work experience. They should also have demonstrated experience in roster and administration management practices, preferably in a health-related field. Additionally, they should possess knowledge and understanding of employment conditions, including ability to apply them to rostering and remuneration processes and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Advanced experience with software packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, HealthRoster, Stafflink, and other applications
