About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key position in our organization. As a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner, you will be responsible for working closely with operational leaders and teams to embed safety into day-to-day decision-making and drive proactive risk management.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will play a key role in lifting safety leadership, strengthening risk controls, and supporting the implementation of strategic safety initiatives across your client groups.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a H&S role, along with relevant qualifications such as a Grad Diploma or Diploma in H&S. Proficient computer skills and a strong knowledge of Australian health and safety regulations are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a true partner to leaders, bringing safety to the forefront of operations.
  • Lead initiatives that shift mindsets, reduce risk, and build ownership from the ground up.
  • Turn big-picture strategy into on-the-ground action, tailored to each site's unique rhythm.
  • Coach and empower leaders and teams to take charge of their safety responsibilities.
  • Use data and insights to tell stories, set priorities, and deliver results.
  • Hunt down inefficiencies and co-design smarter, more sustainable safety solutions.
What You'll Bring
