Occupational Health and Safety Lead

A pivotal role within our organisation that drives the implementation of a proactive health and safety management system, fostering a culture of risk awareness and compliance.

About the Position
  • Developing and embedding safe work practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Designing and delivering engaging safety training and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Monitoring and investigating safety incidents, coaching managers on corrective actions and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating proactive health and wellbeing programs, return-to-work strategies, and injury reporting.
  • Supporting volunteer-led safety roles (e.g., Emergency Wardens, First Aid Officers, HSRs).
  • Leading communications, audits, and wellbeing programs to enhance both physical and mental health.
Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Diploma-level qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and experience across office-based and/or site-based environments.
