Senior Health Safety Professional

Monash University seeks a senior health safety professional to lead the development and delivery of a faculty-wide framework that supports our commitment to safety, wellbeing, and compliance.

The Opportunity
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive health safety strategy aligned with the university's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with faculty leadership to drive a positive, proactive health safety culture.
  • Lead a team of health safety professionals to ensure the delivery of high-level services and support.
  • Apply innovative methodologies and customer-focused strategies to achieve impactful outcomes across all health safety initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and direction at both strategic and operational levels to strengthen health safety capability and performance.

This role requires a confident communicator, experienced in leading organisational change and embedding health safety best practices in complex environments. The successful candidate will be able to take the lead in shaping a progressive and impactful health safety agenda.
