**Drive Claims Excellence with a Global Insurance Leader**

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Capability Manager to spearhead the development of our high-performing Motor Claims Recoveries & Settlements team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the skills and capabilities required to drive improved claims outcomes and business performance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead the design and delivery of tailored training, coaching, and mentoring programs to upskill the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance technical capabilities in the Motor Claims Recoveries & Settlements team.
  • Create and deliver customized training programs to equip the team with high-quality claims management skills and improve productivity.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development to ensure the team meets strategic business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align development initiatives with business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency and performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of capability programs to measure improvements in claims handling, productivity, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Motor Claims & Recoveries Expertise: Extensive experience in motor claims settlements and recoveries with a strong technical understanding of claims management.
  • Operational Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in an insurance environment, focusing on improving claims outcomes.
  • Capability Development & Training: Expertise in developing and delivering training programs, with a deep knowledge of capability development principles and methodologies.
  • Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with a track record of driving innovative solutions and managing complex projects.
