Commercial Asset Finance Broker Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Asset Finance Broker Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing commercial asset finance brokers across your designated state or territory.


About the Role
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing commercial asset finance brokers
  • Drive broker engagement and increase Plenti's share of wallet within your portfolio
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to execute the state or territory sales strategy

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strengthen relationships with active commercial asset finance brokers, driving increased utilisation and origination volumes
  2. Implement targeted strategies to maximise Plenti's share of wallet within the broker portfolio, ensuring brokers prioritise Plenti for their commercial asset needs
  3. Work in conjunction with the BDM to identify and onboard high potential commercial brokers, ensuring a seamless integration and engagement as part of the state/territory sales strategy
  4. Engage with internal teams, including credit, operations, and marketing to support brokers, resolve issues, and enhance the overall broker experience

Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in sales or finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels or directly with finance brokers
  • Strong understanding of commercial asset finance, particularly within the broker channel
  • Demonstrated experience managing broker relationships and driving lending volume
