Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position is a vital component of our Distribution team, where you will be responsible for assisting Business Development Managers (BDMs) and key broker partners in positioning our products favourably.

This is an exceptional opportunity to secure a high-performance distribution role, offering strong professional and personal growth and reward.

  • Support BDM's servicing their origination activities in New South Wales.
  • Contribute to an engagement strategy centred on exceptional service and benefit to brokers.
  • Utilise and build your strong credit acumen to ensure delivery of high-quality applications, then support deals through to Credit approval.
  • Evaluate relatively complex scenarios and proposals and shape strong solutions.
  • Collaborate with an experienced, 'can do' Credit team, to align and streamline applications.
  • Share responsibility for pipeline management and running broker relationships.
  • Build broker relationships, primarily working in office, also including broker visits, working inside broker offices and attending industry events.
  • Assist shaping optimal service outcomes, identifying system, process and product improvements.
  • Build your industry footprint by co-hosting national webinars for newly accredited brokers in support of broker education.
  • Work with high quality information in our CRM sales pipeline.
