Nurturing and expanding commercial relationships is key to driving business growth. As a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in forging strong ties with existing asset finance brokers, enhancing utilisation and origination volumes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing targeted strategies to maximise market share within the broker portfolio.
- Strengthening relationships with active commercial asset finance brokers through regular engagement and support.
- Identifying and onboarding high-potential commercial brokers, ensuring seamless integration and partnership as part of the sales strategy.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall broker experience.
- 1+ years' experience in sales or finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels or directly with finance brokers.
- Strong understanding of commercial asset finance, particularly within the broker channel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage broker relationships, drive lending volume, and increase broker utilisation and share of wallet.
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and developing successful partnerships.
