We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to strengthen our presence in the mortgage industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with mortgage brokers, onboarding and accrediting new brokers, providing training, and ensuring they have the knowledge and support to succeed.
The ideal candidate will leverage aggregator networks and build trusted partnerships to drive business growth, while identifying opportunities for commercial lending and asset finance solutions.
Candidates with mortgage or finance broking experience, as well as those with backgrounds in lending, account or portfolio management, or sales with a proven track record in business development, are encouraged to apply.
You will work closely with our team to shape the future of our organization by bringing fresh ideas and a challenger mindset to redefine the broker experience.
