Senior Broker Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers in NSW.
- Sales Performance – You will be accountable for delivering exceptional results across our LMG + Mortgage Choice products.
- Broker Relationships – You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned brokers, proactively managing their needs and providing outstanding customer service.
- Relationship Building – You will identify and pursue new business opportunities with brokers, nurturing these relationships until they become long-term advocates for our brand.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar BDM role managing relationships with broker networks and individual brokers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on sales and conversion.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with brokers, credit teams, and clients.
