You'll be the insurance partner embedded alongside our asset finance specialists — translating complex risks into clear, confident cover for clients who already trust our brand. Your focus: build lasting relationships, place smart policies, and grow your portfolio with the full weight of our team behind you.
What You'll Do- Provide tailored advice across commercial and personal lines to SME and HNW clients.
- Convert pre-qualified referrals into long-term relationships and recurring revenue.
- Research markets and negotiate competitive terms, limits and premiums.
- Manage renewals proactively; advocate on claims to secure swift, fair outcomes.
- Collaborate with finance brokers to deliver seamless, whole-of-client solutions.
- Maintain meticulous compliance and documentation.
- 3–5+ years as an Insurance Broker managing your own portfolio.
- Tier 1 (RG146) accreditation in Insurance Broking (Diploma preferred).
- Strong product, policy and regulatory knowledge across key lines.
- Proficiency with Insight, SCTP, Sunrise and MS Office.
- Commercial acumen, negotiation strength and polished communication.
- A builder's mindset — you own the client experience end-to-end.
By Day 30: You're embedded in our process, comfortable with systems, meeting referral partners, and actively quoting live opportunities.
By Day 90: You've converted a strong share of incoming referrals, built a visible pipeline, and are driving renewal discipline and claims advocacy wins.
By Month 12: You own a healthy, growing book with high retention, strong NPS, and you're a go-to advisor for complex placements.
